The Government of Belize (GOB) is offering to the public $36,001,000 in Five-Year Fixed Rate Notes. Application forms are available on the Central Bank’s website: www.centralbank.org.bz and may be submitted via email to [email protected]. Central Bank reserves the right to accept or reject all or any application.

All interest on the Notes accrues from the date of issue and will be payable in Belize dollars, semi-annually on November 17 and May 17 in each year until maturity.

Payment of Principal

The principal amount will be repaid on 17 May 2027 the Maturity Date.

These notes are backed by the full faith and credit of the GOB.

Tax Status

Interest earnings on the notes are tax exempt.

Transferability
