The Central Bank’s corporate strategy enables the organization to advance its mission by executing strategic initiatives in pursuit of its vision, "a model Central Bank committed in service to the people of Belize." The Strategy Map depicts the Central Bank’s priority objectives for 2023 – 2027, based on increasing value to stakeholders in order to best serve the nation.

Belize’s development is the overarching goal of the Central Bank’s corporate strategy, which is organized under these four themes: 

  • Human Resource Excellence,
  • Operational Excellence,
  • Strategic Partnerships, and
  • Monetary and Financial Policy Execution.
