What do you do?
I am a Network Analyst, Infrastructure Services in the Information Technology Department. I am responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Bank’s IT infrastructure. I also administer security controls that ensures the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the Bank’s network and data.
What part of your work do you most enjoy?
The most enjoyable part of my work is the constant challenge of keeping current with the emerging technologies and innovations in the Information Technology field.
Why did you want to work for us?
As a student, I was fortunate enough to complete my internship at the Central Bank of Belize. During that time, I was greeted by the welcoming culture among staff, and exposed to many exciting initiatives taking place. Thereafter I knew I wanted to pursue a full-time career at the Bank, which I was successful in achieving.
