Pursuant to Section 3 of the Moneylenders Act, Revised Edition 2020, (MLA), the Central Bank of Belize hereby advises that Rapidito Easy Loans Belize is not licensed to provide moneylending business in or from within Belize.
The Central Bank of Belize clarifies that the above-mentioned unlicensed entity is not to be misconstrued with Rapidito Loans Co. Limited, and Easy Loans Easy Pay Limited that are duly licensed to carryon moneylending business in accordance with the MLA.
