The Government of Belize announced today the execution of the third supplemental indenture, modifying the indenture dated 20 March 2013 between Belize and The Bank of New York Mellon.
The Government of Belize announced today the execution of the third supplemental indenture, modifying the indenture dated 20 March 2013 between Belize and The Bank of New York Mellon. The execution of the Third Supplemental Indenture follows Belize’s consent solicitation that expired 11 June 2021, for which Belize received the Requisite Consents from holders of Belize’s U.S. Dollar Bonds due 2034.
