The Central Bank of Belize (Central Bank) advises that effective Monday, 4 July 2022, visitors will now be required to use its Marine Parade entrance when conducting business at its headquarters.

As a result, access to the compound from the Gabourel Lane entrance will be discontinued at the close of business on Friday, 1 July 2022. The transition to the new entrance at Marine Parade is a procedural change that seeks to ensure the safety and security of staff and lawful visitors to the Central Bank.

The Central Bank remains committed to assuring financial system stability and, in so doing, serving the Belizean public and business community.
