The public is hereby notified that effective 7 December 2022, Evangel Credit Union was dissolved, and its registration cancelled.
The Governor of the Central Bank of Belize (Central Bank), in his capacity as Registrar of Credit Unions, advises that pursuant to section 63 (2) of the Credit Unions Act, 2011, Chapter 314 of the Laws of Belize, Evangel Credit Union Limited has transferred its engagements to Holy Redeemer Credit Union Limited.
The public is hereby notified that effective 7 December 2022, Evangel Credit Union was dissolved, and its registration cancelled. Consequently, pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Credit Unions Act, Evangel Credit Union shall cease to exist as a body corporate effective 7 December 2022.
